We actively promote volunteer activities among our employees. In the summer, we focus on beach cleanups, and at the end of the year, we engage in cleanup activities around the headquarters. Additionally, we have conducted various social contribution activities, such as donating wells to Cambodia and supporting disaster-stricken areas and cleaning efforts around Mount Fuji. To enable employees to contribute to building a better society, we also support volunteer activities through a volunteer leave system.
To promote effective use of resources and address the marine plastic problem, we plan and produce eco-friendly goods every year at the beginning of the fiscal year, including reusable eco bags, portable straws, tumblers, and sticky notes and notebooks made from recycled paper, which are distributed as novelties to all employees. We receive positive feedback from employees every year.
