When we directly receive personal information in writing, we will specify the purpose of use at that time. However, the following cases are exceptions:
  1. When notifying or disclosing the purpose of use may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party.
  2. When notifying or disclosing the purpose of use may harm our company’s legitimate rights or interests.

ALJ Co., Ltd. The Company may outsource the handling of Specific Personal Information, etc., to third parties. In such cases, the Company will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the subcontractor in accordance with the My Number Act and the Personal Information Protection Act.
