ALJ Group is an IT systems development company that is working to address and evolve in response to the serious labor shortages caused by Japan's declining population, falling birthrate, and aging population by creating a group of unique communities and web-based organizations. By placing “globalization” and “diversity” at the core of the ALJ Vision, the ALJ Group is working to break away from the old organizational structures of the high-growth era in Japan, and to create a diverse and 21st century corporate culture for the future. Our greatest core competence is a corporate culture based on the concept of “value co-creation”.
Value co-creation is the concept of creating new value through dialogue with various stakeholders both inside and outside the company. We are a company that “works together” and “creates together” to provide ICT to all our customers, which is also our corporate philosophy.

The name of the company, ALJ (formerly known as Advanced Link Japan), was given to the company by myself at the time of its founding, with the meaning of connecting people with cutting-edge technology.

The recent global Corona Shock has caused us to experience the warmth and compassion of the human heart, the importance of real connections between people, and the importance of communication, while overlapping our individual perspectives on life. This was an opportunity for us to reaffirm that our values (values and action guidelines), which we have cultivated since our founding, “respecting individual values and connecting people to the future,” are exactly the “strength” needed to survive the next-generation competition represented by Society 5.0.
